Document preparation for deeds
For procedures involving individuals: valid identity card, driver's license, Tax Code [Codice Fiscale] or National Health Service card.
For unmarried individuals: a single status certificate.
For married or widowed individuals: a summary extract of the marriage certificate issued by the municipality where the marriage was entered into.
It will also be necessary to specify any family relations between the parties and submit a copy of documentation related to any family-owned business.
For non-EU nationals: residence permit or long-term residence card.
Required documents:
For procedures involving entities and companies: identity card of the legal representative, valid Articles of Association (Chamber of Commerce certificate).
For entities managed by a Board of Directors: the minutes book will be required in order to produce an extract of the resolution authorizing the transaction and the documents relating to the object of the transfer.
If the business includes capital assets: list of depreciable assets; vehicle documentation.
If the business includes inventory, a list of stocks on hand must be submitted.
If the business includes real estate: see the real estate sale and purchase section.
Lease agreements.
Administrative documents: business permits; declarations issued by tax authorities; certificate of compliance with social security contributions.

Documents related to the structure of the company whose shares are being sold: current Articles of Association, Chamber of Commerce certificate, waiver of pre-emption rights by the other shareholders.

Share capital paid in cash (Srl, SpA): 25% payment
Sole shareholder: full payment of share capital
Contribution other than cash: expert assessment report
Transfer of land: Certificate of Urban Planning Designation.
